Ginju

Ginju

3 oz. soju

1 oz. fresh-squeezed lemon and lime juice

1 oz. ginger syrup or ground ginger

3 mint leaves

ginger ale


In a tall collins glass, muddle ginger syrup and mint. Add ice and soju, then lemon and lime juice and a splash of ginger ale. Stir and garnish with a lime.
